You can buy products using Personal and Unique site by following these 3, quick steps:
  1. Navigate on the product page, click to personalize it (Follow the steps), and click the button “Add to Cart”.
  2. Check out your online cart by clicking on the “Cart” option in the top right corner. By doing this step, you’ll be able to see a list of products you ordered with written personalization You typed. The Product will be personalized as You typed, so be sure that the typed text is correct and check it, the text will be printed as entered.
  3. Click the “PROCEED TO CHECKOUT” button onto the page that requires you to provide personal data before making the payment. 
If you are having trouble purchasing a product, feel free to send us an email to , explaining the issue. We will get to the bottom of the problem, and help you make a purchase.

If you have added a product to the cart, you can just remove it from the list, by clicking on the “Cart” option in the top right corner, and removing the product by clicking on the option “Remove”.

If you already purchased the product, and wish to cancel the order, send us an email to at in no more than 60 minutes since the confirmation email has been delivered to your inbox. In the body of the email, explain that you want to cancel the order, and mention the order number. 60 minutes after you get your order confirmation mail, your personalized order is automatically sent to our production and understandably, cancellations or changes of personalized orders cannot be accepted. Completion of your order confirms and acknowledges that you have reviewed and verified the accuracy of your entire order before it was submitted.

Your personalized gift is one of a kind and we need time to make it perfect for You. 

We need up to 2 working days to create it and 1 working day to prepare it for shipping. We want your order to be made just the way you want it! Please review your personalization information before submitting your order. Check spelling and names carefully. When it comes to shipping, we collaborate with our partners, the Post and a courier service, to ensure that orders will be delivered safely anywhere in the world. When we send your order we will send you a confirmation  email. We don’t ship on national holidays or any other day that our partners consider to be a holiday or non-working day.

For returning the products in accordance to Terms and Conditions, please send us an email to up to three days after the delivery date, mentioning the reasons why you want to return your order. Once we accept your request, you’ll receive a confirmation email that the return/refund is accepted. From the moment you receive such an email, you have 14 working days to return the package.

If you decide to return the product, you must do it using the original packaging, which is placed in a new one, with no damages or signs that the product has been used. If the product is returned in any different state, we will not be able to issue a refund. Also, when returning the order, you are handling the shipping costs. We will offer you a coupon code, or any other product that is within the same price range as the item that is the subject of the return.

However, if you decide to return a product because of a mistake we made (we sent you the wrong product, it’s not the right personalization), we are responsible for the shipping costs.

Products that are damaged in transport are the responsibility of the shipping service and Personal and Unique will not be held responsible for such misconduct of the Products.

You can pay your order via PayPal, or using your debit or credit card (Mastercard or Visa).

No. You can only purchase the products using the Personal and Unique website. However, you can ask us any question on social media 一 we are more than happy to help!

Nothing to worry about. In some, extremely rare, cases, you may not get a confirmation email. The reason is usually a technical issue (e.g., there are a lot of orders, so the server that sends the emails sends them with a bit of delay). Just to be sure, you can send us an email to, and we’ll let you know whether your order has been received or not. Before you send us an email, check the Spam folder, perhaps the email is in there.
