Your personalized gift is one of a kind and we need time to make it perfect for You. We need up to 2 days to create it and 1 day to prepare it for shipping.

We want your order to be made just the way you want it! Please review your personalization information before submitting your order. Check spelling and names carefully. Once your order is shipped, We will provide you with a shipment tracking number.

  1. All orders are processed and shipped up to three working days from the date when the order was placed. If you place an order on Friday or over the weekend, your order will be sent by Tuesday. We don’t ship on national holidays or any other day that the Post Office regards as a “non working” day.
  2. Shipping is done via Post of Serbia.
  3. Shipping rates can vary based on the location it’s shipped to, as well as the number and type of items you order.
  4. We remind you that Personal and unique is not responsible for the collection or refund of any taxes, extra fees for customs or payment processes such as import taxes, IOF and administrative fees. By purchasing at personalandunique.com you agree to be responsible for payment of possible customs fees that may be charged upon arrival of the order to your country of destination.
  5. Due To COVID 19 pandemic, couriers are experiencing delays, international orders, both inside or outside the EU, may take longer to arrive. Please allow an extra few working days for delivery. However, if you do not receive your order within 14 days, or the order status on the tracking code page remains the same for a long time, please contact us. Thank you for your understanding.
